In particular, France, in order to limit inequalities in education, set as a priority target to reduce the drop-out rate to 9.5 %. In November 2014 the French government presented an ambitious package around three axes: the mobilisation of all, the choice of prevention and a new opportunity to qualify. On this occasion it was announced that, each year, a week of school perseverance with the slogan “Together we cling!” would be organised in all the academies and relayed in schools, to value the work carried out throughout the year in the fight against dropping out and mobilise the entire educational and educational community. This national cause was declined at the Académie de Versailles, which in 2013 had around 15,900 apparent dropouts. Although the figures are down by 16 % (13,330 in 2014), they are still too large.     La lutte contre le décrochage scolaire est une des priorités éducatives et sociales de l’Europe. Notamment la France, afin de limiter les inégalités en matière d'éducation, a posé comme objectif prioritaire de réduire le taux de décrochage scolaire à 9,5%. En novembre 2014 le gouvernement français a présenté un dispositif ambitieux autours de trois axes : la mobilisation de tous, le choix de la prévention et une nouvelle chance pour se qualifier. A cette occasion il a été annoncé que, chaque année, une semaine de la persévérance scolaire avec pour slogan "Ensemble, on s’accroche !" serait organisée dans toutes les académies et relayée dans les établissements, pour valoriser le travail mené tout au long de l’année en matière de lutte contre le décrochage et mobiliser toute la communauté pédagogique et éducative. Cette cause nationale a été déclinée au niveau de l’Académie de Versailles qui, en 2013, comptait environ 15 900 décrocheurs apparents. Même si les chiffres sont en baisse de 16% (13 330 en 2014), ils demeurent encore trop importants. (French)
