The operation consists of only one action (see action sheet). This action is titled Parcours+. After 2 years of reflection, Parcours+ started operations in September 2013. The review carried out in August 2014 highlighted the success of the activities put in place: reduction of sanctions, keeping objectives in terms of diploma to be obtained and development of relevant professional projects. In 2013-2014, a positioning protocol was created, tools were put in place for the various activities (upgrading, coaching for students in behavioural difficulties, orientation and reorientation activities, coordination and support activities for teachers and follow-up, piloting and communication activities). These activities and tools should be consolidated in order to anchor the project in the operation of the school. For the 2014-2015 school year, the project foresees the implementation of individualised pathways for 25 young people exposed to early school leaving due to educational, behavioural and/or guidance difficulties. The objectives set for the students are to restore the taste of learning, to develop the socialisation of the young, to work the sense of priorities and to put back in confidence. This project also aims to support the teams, the objectives defined are to consolidate the new dynamics to change educational practices, to give legibility of work, to develop structuring projects and to remobilise families. The phase-out of operations will take over the various stages and activities developed the previous year by consolidating the means and tools. (English) | |||||||||||||||

L'opération se compose que d'une seule action (voir fiche action). Cette action est intitulée Parcours+. Après 2 années de réflexion, Parcours+ est entré en fonctionnement en septembre 2013. Le bilan réalisé en août 2014 a permis de faire ressortir le succès des activités mises en place : diminution des sanctions, tenu des objectifs en termes de diplôme à obtenir et élaboration de projets professionnels pertinents. L'année 2013-2014 a permis de créer un protocole de positionnement, de mettre en place des outils pour les différentes activités (remise à niveau, accompagnement des élèves en difficulté comportementale, activités d'orientation et de réorientation, activités de coordination et de soutien aux enseignants et activités de suivi, pilotage et communication). Il convient de consolider ces activités et ces outils afin d'ancrer le projet dans le fonctionnement du lycée. Pour l'année scolaire 2014-2015, le projet prévoit la mise en place de parcours individualisés pour 25 jeunes exposés au décrochage scolaire du fait de difficultés scolaire, comportementale et/ou d'orientation. Les objectifs définis pour les élèves sont de redonner le goût d'apprendre, de développer la socialisation du jeune, de travailler le sens des priorités et de remettre en confiance. Ce projet vise aussi à soutenir les équipes, les objectifs définis sont de consolider la nouvelle dynamique pour faire évoluer les pratiques éducatives, de donner une lisibilité de travail, d'élaborer des projets structurants et de remobiliser les familles. Le phasage des opérations reprendra les différentes étapes et activités élaborées l'année précédente en consolidant les moyens et les outils. (French)
