Within the framework of the “Plan de l'ternance” action, to facilitate the sustainable integration of young people under 26 years of age with little or no qualifications in the context of alternating contracts, CDI, CDDs over 6 months, Jobs d’Avenir Sector Merchant. _Publics: young people under 26, PLIE participants, having signed a lasting contract of more than 6 me_ _s_ _Actions implemented_ \- Be identified as the apprentice-employer-training centre interface, \- Be the mediator between the participant and the entrepreneur and/or the tutor by removing the barriers to optimal integration through physical and telephone appointments, \- Being the interface between the participant and the socio-professional advisor in order to identify peripheral difficulties, find solutions and implement them. As soon as the start of the contract is known and/or as soon as the PLIE prescribes, overall support in employment will be put in place, contacting as soon as possible: \- appointment with PLIE participant \- appointment with participant: assessment of the first days, analysis of the barriers to employment and proposals for measures to be mobilised using multiple networks \- making contact with the employer to present the EAG, to know its assessments of the PLIE participant and to make appointments before the end of the trial period. Knowing that the employer can reach the EFA referent if necessary. The copy of the employment contract will be sent to Plie upon receipt. During the trial period, the PLIE participant will be contacted at least once to take stock of their position, identify possible brakes and be a proposal force. At the end of the probationary period, the employer will be contacted for a decision on whether or not to retain the employee. Every month regular contacts will be set up with the PLIE participant, together with individual appointments whenever necessary, until the end of the 6 months of EAG to take stock of his position, the conditions of exercise, any obstacles to the implementation of actions, the mobilisation of appropriate measures. Each month, appointments will be organised with the employer, the employee, the guardian so different from the head of the company to take stock of the work done by the employee, the points to be optimised. At the end of the sixth month, in addition to an update on the work done by the employee, a certificate from the employer will be requested. Knowing that, apart from the appointments identified, the referee will respond to any solicitation in order to avoid any breakdown of work, to anticipate a situation of breakdown of work. Dans le cadre de l’action « Plan de l’alternance », faciliter l’intégration durable des jeunes de moins 26 ans peu ou pas qualifiés dans le cadre des contrats en alternance, de CDI, CDD de plus de 6 mois, Emplois d’Avenir Secteur Marchand. _Publics : jeunes de moins de 26 ans, participants PLIE, ayant signé un contrat durable de + de 6 moi_ _s_ _Actions mises en oeuvre_ \- Etre identifié comme l’interface apprenti-employeur-centre de formation, \- Etre le médiateur entre le participant et le chef d’entreprise et/ou le tuteur en levant les freins à une intégration optimale par des rendez-vous physiques et téléphoniques, \- Etre l’interface entre le participant et le conseiller socioprofessionnel afin d’identifier des difficultés périphériques, de trouver des solutions et de les mettre en oeuvre. Dès la connaissance du démarrage du contrat et/ou dès la prescription par le PLIE, l’accompagnement global dans l’emploi sera mis en place, prise de contact au plus tôt : \- prise de rendez-vous avec le participant PLIE \- rendez-vous individuel avec le participant : bilan des premiers jours, analyse des freins à l’emploi et propositions des mesures à mobiliser en s’appuyant sur les réseaux multiples \- prise de contact avec l’employeur pour présenter l’AGE, connaître ses appréciations sur le participant PLIE et prise de rendez-vous avant la fin de la période d’essai. Sachant que l’employeur peut joindre le référent de l’AGE si nécessaire. La copie du contrat de travail sera transmise au Plie, dès réception. Durant la période d’essai, le participant PLIE sera contacté à minima une fois pour faire le point sur son poste, identifier des freins possibles et être force de proposition. A l’issue de la période d’essai, l’employeur sera contacté pour connaître sa décision sur le maintien du salarié ou non. Chaque mois des contacts réguliers seront mis en place avec le participant PLIE, associés à des rendez-vous individuels dès lors que cela est nécessaire, et ce jusqu’à la fin des 6 mois d’AGE pour faire un point sur son poste, les conditions d’exercice, les freins éventuels avec la mise en place d’actions, la mobilisation de mesures adéquates. Chaque mois, des rendez-vous seront organisés avec l’employeur, le salarié, le tuteur si différent du chef d’entreprise pour faire le point sur le travail réalisé par le salarié, les points à optimiser. A l’issue du 6ème mois, outre le point sur le travail réalisé par le salarié, une attestation de l’employeur sera sollicitée. Sachant qu’en dehors des rendez-vous identifiés, le référent répondra à toute sollicitation dans le souci d’éviter toute rupture de travail, d’anticiper une situation de rupture de travail. Il aura le souci de mobiliser la bonne mesure, au bon moment. Il sera l’interface privilégiée et le « fil rouge » tout au long de l’accompagnement. Les fiches de suivi qualitatif par participant seront transmises lors du bilan intermédiaire et/ou final. En cas de changement de situation (rupture) du participant dans les 6 premiers mois, le PLIE en sera informé par mail. L’attestation de rupture de l’AGE sera transmise par la Mission Locale à l’employeur pour signature et transmise dès réception au PLIE. Les attestations pour emploi durable seront transmises au Plie dès réception à la Mission Locale. Le référent sera vigilant à ce que le jeune soit « acteur » de son parcours. (French)
