L'objectif de ce projet est d'améliorer les parcours intégrés vers l'emploi des participants en levant leurs freins à l'emploi. L'ingénierie de projet du P.L.I.E des Hauts de Garonne va permettre de développer des étapes de parcours facilitant la maîtrise des techniques de recherche d'emploi par les participants, leur mobilité géographique et professionnelle, le développement de leurs compétences numériques, la définition de leur projet professionnel, la reprise de confiance en soi, la découverte des métiers, l'initiation métiers, le cofinancement de formations individuelles, le développement de leurs compétences numériques ... Cette ingénierie de parcours aboutit à la diffusion de cahiers de charges, auprès d'organismes prestataires mis en concurrence et faisant l'objet d'une notation technique effectuée par le PLIE et faisant l'objet d'une validation en Conseil d'administration. Le P.L.I.E assure ensuite le suivi du prestataire. (French)

The project engineering of the P.L.I.E des Hauts de Garonne will allow the development of career stages facilitating the mastery of job search techniques by the participants, their geographical and professional mobility, the development of their digital skills, the definition of their professional project, the recovery of self-confidence, the discovery of jobs, the initiation of trades, the co-financing of individual training, the development of their digital skills... This path engineering results in the dissemination of tender specifications to competitive service organisations subject to a technical rating by the PLIE and validated by the Board of Directors. The P.L.I.E then monitors the claimant. (English)
