Through its organic market gardening and fruit production activity, IDEES gardens welcome people with difficulties in social and professional integration. The range of activities offered by the structure, in the form of an integration site, even if it is not sufficient in itself to constitute a profession, allows employees to reactivate the professional behaviour necessary for a projection into a profession. The aim of this action is to strengthen and personalise technical and social support in order to enhance the transversal skills to other professional managers acquired by employees during their journey within the IDEES gardens, in order to enhance the employability of employees in integration. To do so, we want to evaluate the skills acquired during the course in order to be able to develop them in the context of a job search. The expected direct result is a better rate of exit to conventional employment or to qualifying training after a transition into our integration structure. (English) | |||||||||||||||

Par le biais de son activité de maraîchage biologique et de production de fruits, les jardins d’IDéES accueillent des personnes rencontrant des difficultés d’insertion sociale et professionnelle. La palette d’activités que propose la structure, sous forme de chantier d’insertion, même si elle ne suffit pas en soi à constituer un métier, permet aux salariés de réactiver des comportements professionnels nécessaires à une projection vers un métier. L’objectif de cette action est de renforcer et de personnaliser l’accompagnement technique et social afin de valoriser les compétences transversales à d’autres cadres professionnels acquises par les salariés lors de leur parcours au sein des jardins d’IDéES et ceci, afin de renforcer l’employabilité des salariés en insertion. Pour se faire, nous souhaitons évaluer finement les compétences acquises lors du parcours afin de pouvoir les valoriser dans le cadre d’une recherche d’emploi. Le résultat direct attendu est un meilleur taux de sorties vers l’emploi classique ou vers une formation qualifiante après un passage dans notre structure d’insertion. (French)
