Le chantier d'insertion, depuis son origine, privilégie la qualité de l'accueil, de l'encadrement, de l'accompagnement des personnes et du service proposé. Il se situe hors du champ concurrentiel et commercialise une partie minoritaire de son activité. L'objectif initial est bien de recréer du lien social, aider les personnes à se remobiliser et se re-dynamiser par la mise en situation de travail.
