The mission of the Personalised Employment Support Office (BAIE) is to provide all women with particular difficulties in employing employment with an Individual Assistance to Employment. A brochure for this mission is distributed to our partners. Mediation towards employment for CIDFF is to help women gain professional autonomy both in the field of employment, vocational training or the creation of businesses. For this mediation, we have developed a comprehensive approach that takes into account all aspects of the situation of women: those who may have an influence or even a brake on the resumption of employment: this is the case of childcare or loss of trust. For childcare, information is given on the forms of childcare and their financial conditions (school childcare, crèches, etc.) The CIDFF lays down the principle that know-how is acquired in both paid and voluntary activities, both in the professional and private spheres. That is why we have developed mediation to women in search of employment, it is a place of reception and listening where every woman is allowed to take stock of her current situation and her future in the short, long and medium term. Individualised support allows them to define a realistic and achievable professional project, facilitates approaches, and helps them in the appropriation of tools and methods of job search. (English)

    Le Bureau d'accompagnement Individualisé vers l'Emploi (BAIE) a pour mission d'apporter à toutes femmes confrontées à des difficultés particulières d'insertion professionnelle un Accompagnement Individualisé vers l'Emploi. Une plaquette de présentation de cette mission est distribuée à nos partenaires. La médiation vers l'emploi pour le CIDFF consiste à aider les femmes à acquérir de l'autonomie professionnelle tant dans le domaine de l'emploi, que vers la formation professionnelle ou la création d'entreprises. Pour cette médiation, nous avons développé une approche globale qui prend en compte tous les aspects de la situation des femmes : ceux qui peuvent avoir une influence voire même un frein à la reprise d'emploi : c'est le cas de la garde d'enfants ou de la perte de confiance. Pour la garde d'enfants, des informations sont données sur les modes de garde et leurs conditions financières (garderies des écoles, crèches...) Le CIDFF pose le principe que les savoir-faire s'acquièrent tant dans les activités salariées que bénévoles, dans la sphère professionnelle que privée. C'est pourquoi, nous avons développé une médiation vers les femmes en recherche d'emploi, c'est un lieu d'accueil, d'écoute où il est permis à toute femme de faire le point sur sa situation actuelle et son devenir à court, long et moyen terme. L'accompagnement individualisé leur permet de définir un projet professionnel réaliste et réalisable, facilite les démarches, et les aide dans l'appropriation des outils et des méthodes de recherche d'emploi.
