The CREFO proposes through M.A.P. Mobilisation Support Project to co-build with the young person an individualised path including several phases which can be carried out in a complementary but flexible way. As soon as he enters the device, the young person will be accompanied by a counsellor who will follow him throughout the device, i.e. for 12 months. The first phase of reception/diagnosis/orientation will be offered to all young people and then according to the conclusions and recommendations of other phases will be implemented (work discovery workshop, sectoral workshop, situational workshop, training...) knowing that a solution must be achieved within 4 months of entry into the scheme.The greatest value of our project is to be able to offer various services within the same structure. Every young person must be prepared to engage in a reflexive approach, on himself and on the environment. To carry out its project, CREFO will build on partnership with local stakeholders: Mission Locale, Pole Emploi,Cap Emploi, Social centres, CCAS, prevention clubs, neighbourhood houses, school drop-out platform, Future Youth platform... for the identification of young NEETs. Collective information will be organised in order to collect the support of young people. **DIGNOSTIC ORIENTATION ACCUEIL phase** through individual interviews with the guidance counsellor who will follow the young person throughout his or her career. Le CREFO propose au travers de M.A.P. Mobilisation Appui Projet de co- construire avec le jeune un parcours individualisé comprenant plusieurs phases qui pourront être menées de manière complémentaire mais modulable. Dés son entrée dans le dispositif, le jeune sera accompagné par un conseiller qui le suivra tout au long du dispositif c'est à dire durant 12 mois. La premiére phase d'accueil/diagnostic/orientation sera proposée à tous les jeunes puis en fonction des conclusions et préconisations d'autres phases seront mises en oeuvre (atelier découverte métiers, atelier sectoriel, mise en situation, formations ...) sachant qu'une solution devra impérativement réalisée dans les 4 mois suivant l'entrée dans le dispositif.La plus value de notre projet étant de pouvoir proposer au sein de la méme structure diverses prestations. Chaque jeune doit être prêt à s'engager dans une démarche réflexive, sur lui- même et sur l'environnement. Pour mener à bien son projet, le CREFO s'appuiera sur le partenariat avec les acteurs locaux : Mission Locale, Pole Emploi,Cap Emploi, Centres Sociaux, CCAS,clubs de prévention ,maisons de quartier, plateforme décrochage scolaire, plateforme Avenir Jeunes...pour le repérage des Jeunes NEET .Des informations collectives seront organisées afin de recueillir l'adhésion des jeunes. **PHASE ACCUEIL DIAGNOSTIC ORIENTATION** par le biais d'entretiens individuels avec le conseiller d'orientation qui suivra le jeune tout au long de son parcours. Chaque jeune bénéficiera d'un suivi individualisé associé à une dynamique collective sous forme d'ateliers en groupe facilitant les échanges et la dynamique.Un **livret d'accompagnement** suivra chaque jeune tout au long de son parcours , reprenant toutes les étapes et démarches réalisées. * Diagnostic de départ, analyse de la situation en entretien individuel : Comprendre la situation actuelle du jeune par l'analyse du déroulement de son parcours * Analyse du parcours antérieur : Elaborer un portfolio avec la valorisation des compétences existantes et compétences transversales * Dépasser les éventuels blocages si situation d'échec scolaire : Repositiver * Repérage des intérêts, valeurs, motivations et caractéristiques personnelles : Faire prendre conscience au jeune de ses préférences, de ses caractéristiques personnelles et de ses motivations, déterminer ses atouts, points de progrès (French)
