Commentry Montmarault Néris Communauté s'est engagée, en collaboration avec ses communes membres, dans un projet de développement des usages numériques dans le domaine de l'éducation. Cette action a fait l'objet d'un cahier des charges adapté au projet pédagogique des écoles, aux attentes de la communauté éducative et aux moyens de la collectivité en prenant soin d'anticiper l'évolution des usages. Un appel d'offres sous maîtrise d'ouvrage communautaire, en partenariat avec les communes, a été réalisé, afin de ne pas démultiplier les projets isolés. C'est dans cette logique de co-construction et de mutualisation qu'un marché a été lancé pour l'acquisition de surfaces de projections interactives et de classes mobiles pour les écoles maternelles et élémentaires de Commentry Montmarault Néris Communauté.
