Cet accompagnement sera individualisé puisque le chargé de mission, face aux problématiques identifiées, adaptera son intervention. Tous les points essentiels à l’entreprise et son environnement seront traités : * les produits * la clientèle, la concurrence, les fournisseurs, et la stratégie commerciale * l’organisation de l’entreprise * les comptes * la protection sociale * un point sur les dettes et les relations avec la banque, les organismes sociaux.
