The aim of “Entrepreneur en Pays de Redon Bretagne Sud” is to encourage the creation of activities, and to encourage future creators or buyers to apply for support networks, promoting the readability and visibility of the support offer. It is therefore necessary to strengthen the links between the different creative professionals in order to know each other and work better together, and to build a sustainable and secure service offer for the project promoter. It is also a matter of offering as soon as possible reception and information spaces for project promoters, to allow them to ask themselves the right questions beforehand, and to be accompanied as soon as possible. Finally, an annual projector event helps to raise awareness and communicate the existence of the network to the general public. The Envy to Entrepreneur animated process coordinated by MEDEFI involves: \- The organisation of meetings between those involved in the creation of activities to enable knowledge, the sharing of practice, and the construction of common tools. \- The reception of project promoters at the earliest, by offering them spaces for reception and exchange to inform and guide them (notion of “one-stop shop”) \- communication around the provision of services (actions and communication tools, meetings of the actors of employment and integration, etc.) The special feature of this project is that it is aimed at both project promoters, networks and structures of business creation, employment, training (Pôle Emploi, Mission Locale, PAE, SIAE, etc.). "Envie d'Entreprendre en Pays de Redon Bretagne Sud" a comme objectif de favoriser la création d'activité, et d'inciter davantage les futurs créateurs ou repreneurs à solliciter les réseaux d'accompagnement, en favorisant la lisibilité et la visbilité de l'offre d'accompagnement. Il est pour cela nécessaire de renforcer les liens entre les différents professionnels de la création pour mieux se connaitre et mieux travailler ensemble, et construire une offre de service durable et sécurisante pour le porteur de projet. Il s'agit également de proposer au plus tôt des espaces d'accueil et d'information pour les porteurs de projets, pour leur permettre de se poser les bonnes questions préalables, et d'être accompagnées au plus tôt. Enfin, un événementiel annuel "coup de projecteur" permet de sensibiliser le grand public et de communiquer sur l'existence du réseau. La démarche Envie d'Entreprendre animée te coordonnée par la MEDEFI passe par : \- L'organisation de rencontres entre les acteurs de la création d'activité pour permettre l'interconnaissance, la mutualisation de pratique, et la construction d'outils communs. \- L'accueil des porteurs de projets au plus tôt, en leur proposant des espaces d'accueil et d'échanges pour les informer et les orienter (notion de "guichet unique") \- la communication autour de l'offre de service (actions et outils e communication, rencontres des acteurs de l'emploi et de l'insertion, ..) La particularité de ce projet est qu'il s'adresse aussi bien aux porteurs de projet, qu'aux réseaux et structures de la création d'entreprise, de l'emploi, de la formation (Pôle Emploi, Mission Locale, PAE, SIAE, etc.). L'ensemble des acteurs de la création d'activité, mais également les collectivités, les acteurs de l'emploi (Pôle Emploi, Mission Locale, Points Accueil Emploi, ...) et de l'insertion (chantiers d'insertion, accompagnants des bénéficiaires du RSA ... ) sont associés à cette démarche.
