Le projet : REALISATION d'un CHANTIER D'INSERTION : Collaboration CCAS DE Nîmes / Association Locale pour l'Insertion. * UNE MISE EN SITUATION DE TRAVAIL PERMETTANT DE RETROUVER LES CONDITIONS DE L'EMPLOYABILITE (valorisaton de compétences) : par le biais de la réalisation de travaux de peinture sur des Bâtiments publics. par des salariés en insertion (Salariés CDDI du CCAS de Nîmes). Il s'agit essentiellement de petits travaux, particulièrement de peinture, La particularité est le changement constant de sites ; la durée de chaque chantier est variable : de une semaine à un mois selon les cas. Les salariés sont organisés en 2 équipes. L'encadrement technique (ETI) est réalisé par l'ALI qui collabore avec la Direction de la Construction de la Ville de Nîmes pour déterminer les plannings et les lieux des travaux. * Un ACCOMPAGNEMENT PROFESSIONNEL POUR CHAQUE PARTICIPANT par l'ALI (Conseillère insertion) visant l'élaboration d'un projet réaliste d'emploi : entretiens individuels et interventions collectives thématiques sur site. * PROPOSITION D'ACTIONS DE FORMATION, DE PERIODES D'IMMERSION, PENDANT LA DUREE DU CHANTIER (selon besoins repérés).
