Despite the non-linearity and heterogeneity of the entrepreneurial process, two events can be seen in all entrepreneurs: \- the design of the project or the decision to undertake (step 1) \- the birth of the company or the legal creation of the structure (step 2) We propose an accompanying mechanism for each of these steps: 1\. A company incubator to secure the creation Conscious that the “passage to act” of the formal creation of the company is for many project promoters a complex and difficult stage, we want to implement a support device that secures the ripening time of a project, especially for the entrepreneurs furthest from the business world. This makes it possible to reduce the uncertainty of the career pathway, to secure retraining and thus to reduce the premature mortality of start-ups. The incubator of companies is thus dedicated to emerging entrepreneurs by offering them an “activity test”, i.e. legal accommodation that allows the start of the daily life of the company upstream of its establishment. This legal accommodation is made possible thanks to the CAPE (Contract for Support to the Business Project), a contract which disconnects the social status of the entrepreneur and the status of the activity for a predetermined period and thus minimises the risks that every entrepreneur has to deal with. This pre-test period makes it possible to validate the viability of the activity and thus to support the decision to create. 2\. Post-creation follow-up to perpetuate the companies created In order to extend the support of emerging entrepreneurs after the incubator test of companies, we have also set up a post-creation monitoring service to strengthen the sustainability of the companies created. Malgré la non-linéarité et l'hétérogénéité du processus entrepreneurial, deux évévements sont discernables chez tous les entrepreneurs : \- la conception du projet ou la décision d'entreprendre (étape 1) \- la naissance de l'entreprise ou la création juridique de la structure (étape 2) Nous proposons un dispositif d'accompagnement pour chacune de ces étapes : 1\. Une couveuse d'entreprise pour sécuriser la création Conscients que le "passage à l'acte" de la création formelle de l'entreprise est pour beaucoup de porteurs de projet une étape complexe et difficile, nous souhaitons mettre un oeuvre un dispositif d'accompagnement sécurisant le temps de maturation d'un projet, notamment pour les entrepreneurs les plus éloignés du monde de l'entreprise. Celui-ci permet de réduire l'incertitude du parcours entrepeneurial, de sécuriser la reconversion professionnelle et ainsi de réduire la mortalité prématurée des jeunes entreprises. La couveuse d'entreprises se consacre ainsi aux entrepreneurs naissants en leur proposant un "test d'activité", c'est-à-dire un hébergement juridique qui permet le démarrage du quotidien de l'entreprise en amont de son établissement. Les entrepreneurs naissants sont ainsi accompagnés pendant la constitution de leur offre et dans la gestion des premières prestations, production, achats, ventes, etc. Cet hébergement juridique est rendu possible grâce au CAPE ( Contrat d'Appui au Projet d'Entreprise), contrat qui déconnecte le statut social de l'entrepreneur et le statut de l'activité pour une période prédéterminée et ainsi minimise les risques auxquels tout entrepreneur doit faire face. Cette période préalable de test permet de valider la viabilité de l'activité et ainsi de conforter la décision de créer. 2\. Un suivi post-création pour pérenniser les entreprises créées Souhaitant prolonger l'accompagnement des entrepreneurs naissants à l'issue du test en couveuse d'entreprises, nous avons également mis en place un service suivi post-création permettant de conforter la pérennité des entreprises créées.
