L'opération « Parcours de mobilisation pour un retour à l'emploi 2015 » consiste à accompagner la personne dans une démarche de dynamisation, vers une socialisation mieux maitrisée, avec comme finalité le retour à l'emploi. **Ce parcours complet, est composé de 12 ateliers collectifs et de 3 entretiens individuels.** Le dispositif vise le retour à l'emploi en quatre étapes : \- Redynamisation, resocialisation ; \- Connaissance de soi et relations interpersonnelles ; \- Projet de vie / projet professionnel ; \- Valorisation de sa candidature en lien avec ses aspirations et les besoins du marché. Ce parcours, complet vers l'emploi et l'autonomie, est ainsi composé de douze ateliers (quatre thèmes comprenant chacun 3 ateliers), avec la progression pédagogique suivante : : 1\. **Dans un premier temps, remobilisation des participants et expression artistique** (3 jours) Exercices ludiques de présentation et d'inclusion, jeux théâtraux, Atelier d'écriture, d'expression artistique, Hygiène de vie, relaxation et gestion du stress ; 2\. **Puis une série d'exercices de connaissance de soi et de relations interpersonnelles** (3 jours) : Ateliers sur l'expression orale, l'image de soi et les relations interpersonnelles ; 3\. **Enfin travail à la définition d'un projet de vie et/ou professionnel** (3 jours) : Ateliers sur la définition et la validation du projet professionnel ; 4\. **La dernière série d'ateliers sera résolument pragmatique et tournée vers l'emploi** (3 jours) : Ateliers sur la valorisation de sa candidature, sur la rédaction d'une fiche « offre de service » préalable au CV, sur les codes de l'entreprise et les comportements attendus.
