    L'opération « Parcours de mobilisation pour un retour à l'emploi 2015 » consiste à accompagner la personne dans une démarche de dynamisation, vers une socialisation mieux maitrisée, avec comme finalité le retour à l'emploi. **Ce parcours complet, est composé de 12 ateliers collectifs et de 3 entretiens individuels.** Le dispositif vise le retour à l'emploi en quatre étapes : \- Redynamisation, resocialisation ; \- Connaissance de soi et relations interpersonnelles ; \- Projet de vie / projet professionnel ; \- Valorisation de sa candidature en lien avec ses aspirations et les besoins du marché.
