La Chiffo’s mission is to promote the social and professional integration of long-term jobseekers, who benefit from the RSA for the majority, from a daily working situation. The people recruited to this workshop (74 % women and 26 % men for 2014) are in great difficulty and, for the most part, far from ordinary employment. This operation opens the access of DELDs (which would not be eligible) to these workstations. The operation integrates with the support tools developed by the Atelier d’Insertion La Chiffo, in particular technical supervision and social and professional support. However, enhanced support is proposed in order to meet the specific needs previously identified. _**Modalities of support proposed:**_ The task of helping people in La Chiffo, regardless of their administrative status, to help social and professional integration is divided into several actions: a) _**customised recruitment and integration arrangements**:_ The chiffo organises collective information and individual interviews specifically dedicated to those guided by the PLIE. Each recruitment includes collective and individual times: * The collective information in which the structure, position and support are presented * The individual interview with the management, the CIP or the technical supervisor to determine the suitability of the need expressed by the candidate with the activation of the ciiffo tool. * The individual interview to sign the contract and submit all the administrative documents with the management * The individual interview to draw up the DIPEC (individual support document) with the CIP intended to contract the accompanying objectives * The organised collective presentation interview (which becomes individual if only one participant enters the device. The IPC presented the workshop, the other PLIE participants and their project. The weekly workshops bring PLIE participants to interact on their respective projects, during interview simulations, especially this moment of presentation is important to create group dynamics. During the first meeting, the CIP presented the accompanying tools, reviewed the general information given by the director (working positions, timetables, break times, leave, renewal requests, progress report, relations with APAP referents, etc.). B) _ **adaptation to the working situation**_ Persons recruited have been unemployed for several years. Some people have never worked, others have old professional experience, others have started an integration pathway but a blockage appears at a particular time. When the person resumes a job after a long period of inactivity or is working for the first time, adaptation time is required to: \- understanding of the organisation of work, compliance with the rules of procedure (e.g. working hours and break times), acceptance and understanding of the instructions, taking into account the concept of quality of work carried out, the pace of work. \- integration into a team and respect for colleagues and supervisors (understanding of the hierarchy), \- adaptation of the family organisation according to timetables, management of family and working life at the same time (being able to leave one’s worries to “the door of the workshop”), (English)
