The Corporate Relations Officer will increase his portfolio of partner companies, and will ensure that the quality and efficiency of the accompanying journeys is enhanced: by promoting job placement — by providing support in employment \- by activating the provision of training if necessary. It will intervene in particular in the context of the application of the social clauses, and particularly within the system of construction of employment in the Grenobloise agglomeration. It works closely with the others in charge of relations with the companies in the agglomeration, around contacts with companies, of offering concerted services or of actions to their initiatives. This action can only benefit participants who are monitored under the PLIE Referral Action. This ensures the eligibility of each person under the 2015-2020 Protocol. 56 participants will be able to benefit from a work situation (interim, CDD, CDI, workplace assessments), 17 will benefit from support to progress (adaptation, training, tripartite evaluation, plan of integration and progress in the company). The Business Relations Officer will be responsible for the regular computer input of participants’ follow-up data on the “ViEsion PLIE” software, which will allow the editing of queries essential for monitoring the activity of the business relations officer.
