**I- _INTEGRATION OF PUBLICS IN THE PLIE_:** It will be done by relaying local mission advisers. **** These will direct the young person to the PLIE Professional Course Attendant. Their intervention at more than 30 reception points in the territory of Caen la Sea promotes the accessibility of the structure to all the public, especially those furthest away from employment and the least mobile among them. Young people at level V and below will be targeted, massively identified in priority neighbourhoods who need, in order to gain access to employment, enhanced support for all fields of integration, as well as young women who are particularly discriminated against on the labour market. Contracting of entry into the PLIE will take place after a diagnostic interview conducted by the APAP with the young person has been set up. In order to draw up this diagnosis of the assets and difficulties of the beneficiary, the accompanying person will be able to benefit through the original advisor, from all the elements of the previous course (reports of actions, professional experience, file...). The proximity of the APAP and the teams working on the poles will promote the young person’s grip and commitment to PLIE support. This relay may, in some cases, be optimised by setting up a tripartite interview (beneficiary, APAP, Local Mission Adviser) to clarify and act on the objectives of the orientation towards supporting the PLIE. These objectives will then be formalised by the PAPA and validated by the PLIE bodies with the steps to be mobilised to implement the beneficiary’s integration project. **2-** **_ACCOMPAGNEMENT OF PARCOURS_: ** The APAP will become, upon the decision to integrate into the PLIE, the sole reference for the young person’s journey and the unique interlocutor of all the partners who will be called upon to intervene in its journey. During this journey, the APAP will be able to use the entire service offer, the material resources, networks, actions and contracts of common law that can be mobilised by the employees of the Local Mission, to which will be added the specific actions of the programming of the PLIE. APAP, as an employee of the Local Mission, will benefit from the prescription for its audiences on all training activities approved by the Region. The accompaniment of the course will be materialised by monthly minimum meetings of the APAP and the beneficiary as well as by regular revivals to maintain the dynamics committed and adjust the objectives. Every news about the young person will result in a systematic entry into the ABC software to promote traceability of the route. _**3- ACCES TO EMPLOYMENT:**_ The young person’s relationship with the company will be promoted at every stage of his or her journey, using the tools internal to the Local Mission: * Support of the Corporate Sponsorship (individual or collective job search workshops, events with companies, targeted prospecting of job offers by 3 business relations officers, workshops preparing for job interviews, setting up meetings with employers or HR managers in advance of recruitments, editing of assisted contract files....) * Mobilisation of the network of volunteer sponsors mandated by their companies (69 sponsors/sponsors today for 28 professional sectors represented) * Access to jobs and tools of Pôle Emploi via an employee made available in the structure. * Specific actions related to the search for alternating contracts * Possibility to mobilise periods of immersion in companies to confirm a professional project or integrate a job * Prospecting local authorities and agreements on seasonal jobs and assisted contracts including Jobs d’Avenir. * Partnerships with CFAs and OPCAs.... The assets and skills of the beneficiaries, acquired at each stage of the journey and validated by the companies, will be valued. All internal and external resources will also be mobilised at each stage to remove obstacles to employment (financial aid, support for the acquisition of a driving licence, aid for mobility and housing.... _**4- IN EMPLOYMENT:**_ During the first 6 months of employment contracts, regular contacts with young people and company visits will enable the Accompagnator to assess possible barriers to employment, the development of young people’s skills and promote contracts dedicated to the young public with employers to optimise sustainable integration.
