The RSA Reference Scheme is an accompaniment aimed at establishing a coherent socio-professional integration pathway, making optimal use of the tools and actions intended for the beneficiaries of the RSA. Tasks of the referent: \- to know the person’s career path, his strengths and points of support and what constitutes his or her barriers to employment, to assess the situation of the beneficiary of the RSA, \- to construct the service route with the person by defining the steps necessary to meet the employment objective by drawing up the Contract for Reciprocal Commitments (CER), \- accompany the person in the definition of his/her professional project by allowing the beneficiary to adapt the journey times with its various stages in order to achieve the defined objective, \- to evaluate the progress of the person’s situation. At the end of the 12-month orientation, the referent gives an update to the Pluridisciplinary team, on the situation of the person in order to determine whether the support is still of the same type, or whether it is preferable to refer the beneficiary to another support (social or in traditional employment). Socio-professional support is based both on administrative assistance, individual interviews and collective times. (English) | |||||||||||||||

(French)
