The Employment Advisors are human resources professionals and master the techniques of accompanying towards and in employment.The tasks assigned to the 8 Employment Councillors spread over the 8 Territorial Social Action Units (UTAS) are as follows: \- approximation of supply and demand for market integration, on sectors in tension, on sectors with low qualifications, in connection with the Employment Hub, \- centralisation of data enabling a good knowledge of the local labour market, \- identification/targeting of close-to-job audiences, able to carry out a job quickly, \- accompaniment to the employment of the beneficiaries of the RSA: outis and job search techniques, targeting companies, facilitating contacts with companies, encouraging active approaches with companies, etc. \- support in employment: post-employment support to promote the maintenance of employment, \- work with companies requesting the Department in the framework of a recruitment project (“social effort” of the company positioned at the heart of the various economic aids of the Department, managed by the Economics of Proximity Service), prospecting companies in order to promote candidates and possible financial measures such as the CUI-CIE co-financed with the State, rapprochement with the various expansion committees that benefit from the support of the Department, \- work in functional mode with the Directors of UTAS, the Insertion Managers and the RSA Referents of the Department to maintain the coherence of the paths initiated by ensuring continuity. Les Conseillers Emploi sont des professionnels des ressources humaines et maîtrisent les techniques d'accompagnement vers et dans l'emploi.Les missions dévolues aux 8 Conseillers Emplois répartis sur les 8 Unités Territoriales d'Action Sociale (UTAS) se déclinent ainsi: \- rapprochement de l'offre et de la demande d'insertion marchand, sur les secteurs en tension, sur les secteurs porteurs d'emploi de faible qualification, en lien avec les référents de Pôle emploi, \- centralisation des données permettant d'avoir une bonne connaissance du marché de l'emploi local, \- repérage/ciblage des publics proches de l'emploi, en capacité d'exercer un emploi rapidement, \- accompagnement vers l'emploi des bénéficiaires du RSA: outis et techniques de recherche d'emploi, ciblage des entreprises, facilitation des contacts avec les entreprises, incitation à des démarches actives avec les entreprises,... \- accompagnement dans l'emploi: soutien post-embauche pour favoriser le maintien dans l'emploi, \- travail avec les entreprises sollicitant le Département dans le cadre de projet de recrutement ("effort social" de l'entreprise positionnée au coeur des diverses aides économiques du Département, gérées par le Service Economie de Proximité), prospection des entreprises afin de promouvoir les candidats et les mesures financières possibles telles que le CUI-CIE cofinacé avec l'Etat, rapprochement avec les divers comités d'expansion qui bénéficient du soutien du Département, \- travail en mode fonctionnel avec les Directeurs d'UTAS, les Responsables Insertion et les Rférents RSA du Département pour conserver la cohérence des parcours initiés par les référents et assurer une continuité d'accompagnement.
