    Les Conseillers Emploi sont des professionnels des ressources humaines et maîtrisent les techniques d'accompagnement vers et dans l'emploi.Les missions dévolues aux 8 Conseillers Emplois répartis sur les 8 Unités Territoriales d'Action Sociale (UTAS) se déclinent ainsi: \- rapprochement de l'offre et de la demande d'insertion marchand, sur les secteurs en tension, sur les secteurs porteurs d'emploi de faible qualification, en lien avec les référents de Pôle emploi, \- centralisation des données permettant d'avoir une bonne connaissance du marché de l'emploi local, \- repérage/ciblage des publics proches de l'emploi, en capacité d'exercer un emploi rapidement, \- accompagnement vers l'emploi des bénéficiaires du RSA: outis et techniques de recherche d'emploi, ciblage des entreprises, facilitation des contacts avec les entreprises, incitation à des démarches actives avec les entreprises,... \- accompagnement dans l'emploi: soutien post-embauche pour favoriser le maintien dans l'emploi, \- travail avec les entreprises sollicitant le Département dans le cadre de projet de recrutement ("effort social" de l'entreprise positionnée au coeur des diverses aides économiques du Département, gérées par le Service Economie de Proximité), prospection des entreprises afin de promouvoir les candidats et les mesures financières possibles telles que le CUI-CIE cofinacé avec l'Etat, rapprochement avec les divers comités d'expansion qui bénéficient du soutien du Département, \- travail en mode fonctionnel avec les Directeurs d'UTAS, les Responsables Insertion et les Rférents RSA du Département pour conserver la cohérence des parcours initiés par les référents et assurer une continuité d'accompagnement.
