In order to encourage the return to employment of those who are away from it, CREPI accompanies a dual route: that of the beneficiaries towards ‘employability’ and that of undertakings towards ‘employerability ****’. The Ways of Employment approach that CREPI LORRAINE contributes to formalising alongside other CREPIs in the network, responds to this dual dynamic, mobilising all the CREPI actions in a coherent logic of pathways to and in employment. Active mediation is at the heart of this process, the aim of which is to co-build, with the beneficiaries and in conjunction with companies and integration partners, responses to their employment needs. The approach of the Paths of Employment is based on individual and collective support towards and in employment. It respects the pathway specific to the needs of job seekers. It is in close coordination with economic actors and integration structures. The actions selected as contributing to the Pathways are those which measure their results in terms of access to/return to employment for those accompanied by: * Rally for employment * Trades Ambassador * Challenge Sport Employment * Self-diagnosis accompanied by the CSR guide (Business Social Responsibility) * Animation of the network of partners (English) | |||||||||||||||

Pour favoriser le retour à l’emploi des personnes qui en sont éloignées, les CREPI accompagnent un double acheminement : celui des bénéficiaires vers « l’employabilité » et celui des entreprises vers « l’employeurabilité **** ». La démarche Les Voies de l’Emploi que le CREPI LORRAINE contribue à formaliser aux côtés d’autres CREPI du réseau, répond à cette double dynamique, en mobilisant toutes les actions CREPI dans une logique cohérente de parcours vers et dans l’emploi. La médiation active est au coeur de ce processus, dont la finalité est de co-construire, avec les bénéficiaires et en lien avec les entreprises et les partenaires de l’insertion, des réponses à leurs besoins en matière d’emploi. La démarche des Voies de l’Emploi procède d’un accompagnement individuel et collectif vers et dans l’emploi. Elle respecte le parcours propre aux besoins des personnes en recherche d’emploi. Elle s’inscrit en étroite coordination avec les acteurs économiques et les structures d’insertion. Les actions retenues comme concourant aux Voies de l’Emploi sont celles qui permettent de mesurer leurs résultats en termes d’accès/retour à l’emploi pour les personnes accompagnées : * Rallye Pour l'Emploi * Ambassadeur des Métiers * Challenge Sport Emploi * Auto diagnostic accompagné du guide RSE (Responsabilité Sociale de l'Entreprise) * Animation du réseau de partenaires (French)
