The action consists of involving staff on mission with self-employed beneficiaries subject to rights and duties to ensure follow-up and support for the development of their activity. Each of the beneficiaries will have a single integration reference and will be followed by the latter for a period of not more than 3 years. After carrying out a diagnosis of the employment situation and the activity of the self-employed person, the staff members shall, in cooperation with the beneficiary, draw up a reciprocal contract of commitments and ensure that the objectives laid down in that contract are monitored by regular interviews. Throughout this follow-up, the staff members on mission accompany the self-employed, in: \- The search for solutions adapted to the development and possible difficulties of the company/activity \- The implementation of corrective actions (planning and evaluation) \- If necessary, if the project is not viable, the search for a realistic alternative or professional solution. However, if the social problems seem too important, the beneficiary will then be redirected towards a social support pathway. In order to complete the operation, it is planned that 2 staff members will be deployed from 1 January to 31 December 2015 to accompany self-employed persons who are beneficiaries of the RSA who are subject to rights and duties. The management of these two persons will be provided by the person responsible for the action. The AIFCC will intervene with self-employed workers benefiting from the Channel SSA, subject to rights and duties, who will be directly and systematically guided by the solidarity territories.
