Intended for project promoters for whom there is a market but which remains to be quantified, and/or to a public in difficulty (job seekers, beneficiaries of social minimums, disabled worker... without exclusivity), the incubator implements a legal framework (legal, social, tax) around the Contract to Support the Enterprise Project which allows project promoters to test their economic activity over a limited period of time. If, during the test, the contractor retains ownership of the project, it is the incubator who bears the responsibility and takes out professional liability insurance (except in special cases). Subject to the integrability of all or part of the incubator project, the applicant shall appear before an admission committee which validates its integration or not. The duration of the test varies according to the pace of development of the activity and the evolution of the entrepreneur. It is on average 8 months (12 months maximum). Depuis 1998, grâce à la couveuse d’entreprise de BGE, les porteurs peuvent tester leur projet de création d’entreprise en grandeur réelle avant de se lancer. Destinée à des porteurs de projet pour lesquels il existe un marché mais qui reste à quantifier, et/ou à un public en difficulté (demandeur d’emploi, bénéficiaire des minima sociaux, travailleur handicapé… sans exclusivité), la couveuse met en ½uvre un cadre légal (juridique, social, fiscal) autour du Contrat d’Appui au Projet d’Entreprise qui permet à des porteurs de projet de tester leur activité économique sur une période limitée dans le temps. Si, durant le test, l’entrepreneur reste propriétaire de son projet, c’est la couveuse qui en porte la responsabilité et qui souscrit l’assurance en responsabilité civile professionnelle (sauf cas particuliers). Sous réserve d’intégrabilité de tout ou partie du projet en couveuse, le candidat se présente devant un comité d’admission qui valide ou non son intégration. La durée du test varie selon le rythme de développement de l’activité et de l’évolution de l’entrepreneur. Elle est en moyenne de 8 mois (12 mois maximum). La fréquentation annuelle de la couveuse est valorisée en mois d’appui qui totalise le nombre de mois de présence de l’ensemble des entrepreneurs sur la période. (French)
