Le PLIE validera les critéres d'éligibilé à l'action des personnes proposées. * **Information collective** sur l’action Dynamique de carrière * **Entretien initial Diagnostic** : recueil des attentes et validation de l’entrée dans le dispositif A l’issue de l’entretien diagnostic, le participant se verra proposer un parcours lui proposant un accompagnement individuel alternant des ateliers collectifs thématiques **Bilan d’accompagnement individuel** : par un conseiller réfèrent **Ateliers collectifs autour des thématiques suivantes :** * Coaching carrière : 12 h * Environnement et Territoire : 7 h * Profil et Compétences : 21 h * Web Emploi : 21 h * Espace Entreprises : 7 h cette première phase d’accompagnement, comportant l’investigation sur soi et la définition de pistes d’évolution professionnelle doit conduire à mettre les participants en action sur des champs de modules de formation ciblées au travers du travail de prospection et de repérage des postes à pourvoir auprès des entreprises du Douaisis. **Action de formation préparatoire à l’emploi de 140 h + 35 heures de période d’application en entreprise.** Ces modules de formation porteront sur les 4 secteurs d’activité suivants : * L’industrie, * La grande distribution, * La logistique * Les services à la personne Ils seront conçus comme des socles de connaissances et de compétences devant permettre aux participants de concrétiser de façon pragmatique et réelle leur retour à l’emploi dans des domaines d’activité très précis.
