This platform of solidarity and inclusion consists of 2 actions that will be renewed (Social and Solidarity and Insertion through Culture). Our goals for this platform are 40 places. This organisation, which has been in place since 2011, aims to facilitate, on the one hand, the limitation of these actions by the route referents; on the other hand, the possibility for beneficiaries to move from one action to another within the platform. Thus, this platform will make it possible to provide answers adapted to each individual’s problems and will ensure a more comprehensive social integration: participation in activities enables the development of social and socio-professional skills transferable to employment (work on posture, self-image, mobility, etc.). The two actions are complementary and a link is made between the two steps. An orientation of the participants in the grocery stage can be carried out on the culture stage (information on cultural actions transmitted within the grocery store, permanence of the cultural step referent during the sales times of the grocery store, provision of information tools on cultural outings on the premises of the grocery store). The cultural stage referent also has the opportunity to direct cultural participants to the grocery store if their situation meets the criteria for grocery membership. These two actions enable the development of different skills (e.g. culture, work on mobility, grocery store: work on posture...). Participation in these activities can be done in isolation, concurrently or in the form of a pathway. These are 2 actions: \- Social and Solidarity Grocery: As part of the social and solidarity grocery store located on Rue Gambetta, in SAINT-FONS, we offer collective activities, centred on the operation of a “grocery store”, which promotes a socio-professional integration approach. Those who wish to do so take part on a voluntary basis and thus carry out tasks necessary for the operation of the grocery store: management of stocks, supplies, unloading, shelving, maintenance of the premises, reception of new members. The counsellors offer enhanced support for the persons in receipt. The main themes discussed are: \- management of the budget, in collective or individual support (energy saving, burden sharing, etc.), \- health prevention, in collective support, by promoting the exchange of practices and know-how, through discussion and information (food balance, health problems raised by the inhabitants...). Through this action, the beneficiaries acquire the skills and postures necessary to find a job: teamwork, punctuality, regularity, self-confidence... The beneficiaries are also asked, as part of the collective activities, to reflect on and express their views on the way in which this action is being carried out. \- Insertion through culture: 1\. Accompaniment to the discovery of an artistic and cultural environment: The aim is to offer accompaniment and workshops promoting access to culture for the inhabitants of SAINT-FONS through the discovery of the artistic and cultural environment of the Lyon agglomeration; this, either as part of accompanied group trips, or as part of autonomous exits. The key challenges are mobility and cultural development. 2\. Artistic practices: The aim is to offer workshops of artistic practice (theatre, photography, visual arts) to residents who have never practiced them or would not have the opportunity to do so elsewhere. Participation in these workshops should help overcome interpersonal difficulties, help manage stress, shyness, daily life and job-seeking, and develop everyone’s creativity. In addition to these activities, the beneficiaries can participate in the other actions proposed by the Creative Space of Solidarity. Cette plateforme de solidarité et d'insertion est constituée de 2 actions qui vont être reconduites (Épicerie Sociale et Solidaire et Insertion par la culture). Nos objectifs pour cette plateforme sont de 40 places. Cette organisation, mise en place depuis 2011, a pour objectif de faciliter, d'une part, la prescription sur ces actions par les référents de parcours ; d'autre part, la possibilité pour les bénéficiaires de passer d'une action à l'autre au sein de la plateforme. Ainsi cette plateforme permettra d'apporter des réponses adaptées aux problématiques de chacun et garantira une insertion sociale plus globale : la participation aux activités permet de développer des compétences sociales et socioprofessionnelles transférables à l'emploi (travail sur la posture, sur l'image de soi, sur la mobilité...). Les deux actions sont complémentaires et un lien est effectué entre les deux étapes. Une orientation des participants à l'étape épicerie peut être effectuée sur l'étape culture (informations sur les actions culturelles transmises au sein de l'épicerie, permanence du référent d'étape culture pendant les temps de vente de l'épicerie, mise à disposition d'outils d'information sur les sorties culturelles dans les locaux de l'épicerie). Le référent d'étape culture a également la possibilité d'orienter des participants culture sur l'épicerie si leur situation répond aux critères d'adhésion de l'épicerie. Ces deux actions permettent de développer des compétences différentes (exemple: culture, travail sur la mobilité, épicerie: travail sur la posture...). La participation à ces activités peut se faire de manière isolée, concomitante ou sous la forme d'un parcours. Il s'agit de 2 actions : \- l'Epicerie Sociale et Solidaire : Nous proposons, dans le cadre de l'épicerie sociale et solidaire située rue Gambetta, à SAINT-FONS, des activités collectives, centrées sur le fonctionnement d'une « épicerie », qui permettent de favoriser une démarche d'insertion socioprofessionnelle. Les personnes qui le souhaitent participent de manière volontaire et réalisent ainsi des tâches nécessaires au fonctionnement de l'épicerie : gestion des stocks, approvisionnements, déchargements, mises en rayon, entretien du local, accueil des nouveaux adhérents. Les conseillères proposent un accompagnement renforcé des personnes accueillies. Les principales thématiques abordées sont : \- la gestion du budget, en accompagnement collectif ou individuel (économie d'énergies, répartition des charges...), \- la prévention santé, en accompagnement collectif, en favorisant l'échange de pratiques et de savoirs-faires, par la discussion et l'information (équilibre alimentaire, problématiques de santé soulevées par les habitants...). Par le biais de cette action, les bénéficiaires acquièrent les compétences et postures nécessaires à la recherche d'un emploi : le travail en équipe, la ponctualité, la régularité, la confiance en soi... Les bénéficiaires sont aussi amenés, dans le cadre des activités collectives, à réfléchir et donner leur avis sur la manière dont se déroule cette action. \- L'Insertion par la culture : 1\. Accompagnement à la découverte d'un environnement artistique et culturel : Il s'agit de proposer un accompagnement et des ateliers favorisant l'accès à la culture aux habitants de SAINT-FONS par la découverte de l'environnement artistique et culturel de l'agglomération lyonnaise ; ceci, soit dans le cadre de sorties collectives accompagnées, soit dans le cadre de sorties autonomes. Les enjeux essentiels sont la mobilité et le développement culturel. 2\. Pratiques artistiques : Il s'agit de proposer des ateliers de pratique artistique (théâtre, photographie, arts plastiques) à des habitants qui n'en ont jamais pratiqué ou n'auraient pas l'occasion de le faire par ailleurs. La participation à ces ateliers doit aider à surmonter des difficultés relationnelles, aider dans la gestion du stress, de la timidité, aussi bien dans la vie quotidienne que dans la recherche d'emploi et développer la créativité de chacun. En complément de ces activités, les bénéficiaires peuvent participer aux autres actions proposées par l'Espace Créateur de Solidarités. Cette opération est réalisée en lien avec l'équipe locale du PLIE et lee acteurs socioprofessionnels du territoires. (French)
