**L'opération a pour objectif** , grâce à un suivi régulier des participants, de mettre en place un parcours d'insertion socioprofessionnelle. Ce parcours d'insertion sera défini par différentes étapes passant par une construction ainsi qu'une validation du projet professionnel, puis par la formation et enfin l'accès à l'emploi durable. **L'outil principal** de suivi est l'entretien individuel, sachant que les personnes accompagnées pourront participer selon leurs besoins à des actions collectives mises en place sur le territoire. L'activité ainsi réalisée sera mesurée grâce au logiciel de suivi des parcours, ABC VIeSION. **Afin de prendre en compte les situations respectives des femmes et des hommes** , les rendez-vous de suivi fixés aux parents isolés, seront donnés à des horaires compatibles avec une vie de famille.
