Chaque jeune NEET bénéficiera d'un Conseiller Référent unique pendant toute la durée de son parcours. Une équipe dédiée sera constituée : 6 Conseillers en Insertion Professionnelle à temps plein pour l'accompagnement de 480 à 720 jeunes sur la période (soit une cohorte maximale de 40 jeunes par Conseiller sur 4 mois). L'accompagnement s'appuiera sur des entretiens individuels réguliers et des temps collectifs (a minima 1 entretien tous les 15 jours). **_Identification des participants potentiels et prise de contact en vue de la signature du contrat d'engagement :_** * Information des acteurs locaux du territoire via : les instances de l'association et les différentes rencontres partenariales organisées localement.
