The Maison de l’Emploi is a proximity service enabling the inhabitants of the municipality of Grand-Fort-Philipppe to have access in a single place to information on employment in general (Pole Emploi, training, business creation, labour law, information on the various contracts and government measures...). The public may benefit from specific support under the PLIE. La Maison de l'Emploi est un service de proximté permattant aux habitants de la commune de Grand-Fort-Philipppe d'avoir accès en un seul et même lieu des informations relatives à l'emploi en général (Pole Emploi, formations, Création 'entreprises, Droit du Travail, Informations sur les différents contrats et mesures gouvernementales...). Le public peut bénéficier d'un accompagnement spécifique dans le cadre du PLIE. Cette action se décline par différents axes et interventions / _Recevoir le public en entretien_ * Entretiens mensuels a minima (pour les personnes qui ont intégré une étapes d'inertion : entretiens trimestriels) _Analyser les situations, construire les parcours d'nsertion avec les demandeurs d'emploi_ * Définir, valider et mettre en place les étapes d'insertion permettant d'atteindre un objectif ciblé (de la définition de projet au positionnement sur offres d'emploi) * Déterminer les actions à mettre en place par la personne seule ou avec le conseiller, par le conseiler lui-même * Mobiliser en fonctions des besoins les partenaires ressources sur le territoire * Réaliser un suivi du parcours à ses différentes étapes : recadrer les engagements pris tout au long de l'accompagnement, en vérifier la réalisation et échanger avec les partenaires sur les résultats atteints _Participer au Comité d'Antenne PLIE_ : * Recevoir le public orienté vers l'antenne par les prescripteurs pour un accompagnement individualisé avec une analyse de la situation du demandeur d'emploi * En amont du comité, transmission aux participants du tableau reprenant les positionnements * Présenter les situations aux membres du comité en émettant un avis argumenté sur la pertinence de l'entrée en accompagnement PLIE * Solliciter le comité sur des situations complexes et des demandes d'informations * Acter avec le comité les sorties _Informatiser les services rendus au public_ * Ecoute et analyse de la demande des personnes se présentant en antenne MDE * Présentation de l'offres de services de l'antenne et de ses partenaires * Prise de rendez-vous avec les professionnels qui interveinnent au sein de l'antenne * Orientation vers les profesionnels du territoire (avec ou sans prise de rendez-vous) _Appui à l'utilisation par la public des services proposés en accès libre_ * Utilisation des sites inernet : pole-emploi (création d'espaces emploi, télé-candidatures, actualisations de situation, téléchargements d'attestations), PRIM (plate-forme régionale d'information sur les métiers), SOFIA (plate-forme d'information sur les métiers), CAF (éligibilité au RSA, téléchargemennt d'attestations...), Sociétés intérimaires (inscriptions, recherche d'offres...) * Utilisation de l'outil informatique pour la mise en forme des CV * Recherche d'information à partir de l'espace documentation (répertoires des entreprises, fiches métiers, infos sur la rédaction d'un CV ou sur la lettre de motivation...) * Consultations des offres d'emploi et diverses information mises en affichages (réunions d'informations collectives, Forums, posrtes ouvertes, informations sur les organismes de formations...) * En fonction des besoins du public, être actif dans l'alimntation et la mise à jour en informtion et documentation de l'espace ressources de l'antenne (French)
