    Proposer aux entreprises (TPE et PME), associations employeurs, structures de l'IAE, de l'ESS employeurs des temps de sensibilisation sur le thème de l'Egalité professionnelle plus précisement sur le thème de la mixité des métiers et celui de l'articulation des temps de vie. L'UR CIDFF avec les CIDFF s'engagent à réaliser 32 petits déjeuners entre 2015 et fin novembre 2016 sur l'ensemble de la région Midi Pyrénées ayant pour objectifs de favoriser la mixité des métiers. Il s'agira : \- de présenter aux entreprises le constat de l'Inégalité professionnelle, de leur permettre de comprendre les principaux freins à l'Egalité professionnelle: la ségrégation horizontale du travail, la ségrégation verticale, le phénomène des parois et plafond de verre notamment \- de connaître le cadre législatif \- de proposer des raisons concrètes pour agir en faveur de l'Egalité professionnelle \- de présenter des modes d'actions, des bonnes pratiques en matière de mixité des métiers L'Union régionale clôturera l'action par un évènementiel prévu au cours du dernier trimestre 2016 avec intervention d'experts sur ce thème de la mixité des métiers.
