L'action de l'animateur des clauses sociales consiste à favoriser le développement des clauses sociales dans les marchés, notamment les marchés publics des collectivités. Il s'agit de : \- sensibiliser, conseiller les donneurs d’ordre, et notamment les collectivités, à l’inscription des clauses sociales dans les marchés publics et les marchés privés, et les inciter à faire appel aux structures d'insertion et structures adaptées en cas de besoin \- les accompagner à la rédaction des clauses sociales \- veiller à la prise en compte des clauses sociales lors de la sélection des offres si nécessaire \- accompagner les entreprises adjudicataires dans la mise en oeuvre des clauses sociales \- suivre les clauses d’insertion dans les marchés accompagnés \- assurer le suivi administratif et financier du projet (bilan d'exécution, etc.) L'opération vise à financer le poste d'une animatrice clauses sociales sous la responsabilité de la mission des politiques d'insertion et de l'emploi qui apporte également son appui à l'animatrice.
