L'action peur être présentée synthétiquement comme ci : * _pôle logistique_ : les salariés de ce pôle collectent à domicile des dons qui seront par la suite triés. Ils sont aussi en charge d'amener à la décheterie les dons non valorisables. * _pôle tri bibelots électro_ : les salariés trient les produits ( vérification de la complétude, du bon fonctionnement, de l'existence d'un marché potentiel, nettoyage).
