L'animation du Programme Départemental d'Insertion et du Pacte Territorial d'Insertion s'inscrit à la fois comme une action transversale à l'ensemble des objectifs du PDILE et du PTI et en lien direct avec l'axe 5 sur l'animation à plusieures échelles.
