The social workers of the CASC, together with the local integration sites, have carried out an important work in the framework of monitoring the beneficiaries of the RSA, CIVIS, the AAH, the sub-hand of justice, or anyone with real integration difficulties. For 2 years, 7 people are monitored to help them reintegrate into society. They are offered a part-time CDDI fixed-term contract of 26 hours per week. They are assessed immediately upon entering the integration site and then at a monthly rate, in which they distinguish progress and difficulties encountered, set goals to be achieved, assess their pathways, and analyse the steps to be taken. The activities of the site remain primarily maintenance work for various elements, the green spaces are at the heart of our project giving it an environmental dimension in addition to its social vocation. Roadways, retirement homes and heritage maintenance are also at work (for a more detailed description of our actions on the ground please refer to the description of our activities in the Organisation tab). The city of Puy is our main customer and sends us construction projects that we then execute. Each of the employees outside the scope of the evaluation meets the multidisciplinary team every week to take stock. Employees are placed in a professional situation both in learning work constraints (hours, complex tasks, bad weather), but also in teamwork, and in contact with others, which then facilitates reintegration. Les travailleurs sociaux du CCAS, avec les chantiers locaux d’insertion, ont réalisés un important travail dans le cadre du suivi des bénéficiaires du RSA, du CIVIS, de l’AAH, sous-main de justice, ou toutes personnes rencontrant des réelles difficultés d’insertion. Pendant 2 ans, 7 personnes sont donc suivies dans le but de les aider à se réinsérer dans la société. Ils se voient offerts un contrat de durée déterminée d’insertion CDDI à temps partiel de 26 heures par semaine. Ils sont évalués immédiatement à leur entrée dans le chantier d’insertion puis à un rythme mensuel, dans lequel ils distinguent les progrès et les difficultés rencontrées, se fixent des objectifs à atteindre, évaluent leur parcours, et analysent les démarches à effectuer. Les actions du chantier restent avant tout des travaux d’entretien de divers éléments, les espaces verts sont au coeur de notre projet lui donnant une dimension environnementale en plus de sa vocation sociale. Les voiries, maisons de retraite et l’entretien du patrimoine sont également à l’oeuvre (pour une description plus en détail de nos actions sur le terrain je vous prie de vous référer la description de nos activités dans l’onglet organisme). La ville du Puy est notre principal client et nous transmet des projets de chantier que nous exécutons ensuite. Chacun des salariés hors du cadre de l’évaluation rencontre l’équipe pluridisciplinaire chaque semaine pour faire un bilan. Les salariés sont mis en situation professionnelle à la fois dans l’apprentissage des contraintes professionnelles (horaires, taches complexes, intempéries), mais aussi du travail en équipe, et du contact avec autrui ce qui facilite ensuite la réinsertion.
