Les objectifs du DLA paris s'articulent autour de 5 axes : \- accompagner la consolidation et le développement des activités d'utilité sociale en favorisant notamment la création et la pérennisation d'emplois ; \- consolider la situation économique et financière des bénéficiaires en les outillant et en élargissant leur assiette de ressources ; \- renforcer la compétence et l'adaptabilité des structures dans des environnements en mutation notamment sur les questions liées à la fonction employeur ; \- aider les structures à mieux ancrer leurs activités dans les dynamiques locales existantes ; \- articuler ces interventions avec les ressources thématiques et transversales existantes sur le territoire. D'un point de vue opérationnel, pour atteindre ces objectifs, le DLA de Paris assure les missions suivantes : \- le repérage, l'accueil, l'information et l'orientation des structures développant des activités d'utilité sociale et créatrices d'emploi, engagées dans une démarche de consolidation ; \- le diagnostic de la capacité de consolidation économique des structures et l'élaboration, en commun, d'un plan de consolidation de leur(s) activité(s), comprenant la prescription des différentes mesures d'accompagnement.
