L'objectif est le renforcement des permanences d'accueil sur le quartier de Kermoysan à Quimper, la prise en charge d'un nouveau public, le développement des actions / ateliers " emploi " et la prévention du décrochage scolaire en partenariat avec les acteurs du quartier. **Ateliers de recherche d'emploi :** \- Permettre à chaque jeune de 16 à 25 ans de s'approprier les méthodes liées à la recherche d'emploi et d'être autonome dans leurs actions. \- Sensibiliser les jeunes à leur bassin local d'emploi **Ateliers de recherche de contrats en alternance :** \- Accompagner les jeunes dans la recherche de contrats en alternances au travers d'une action de mobilisation **Accompagnement des contrats aidés :** \- Accompagner les jeunes bénéficiaires de contrats aidés, pendant et à l'issue du contrat, sur les aspects sociaux et professionnels. \- Préparer la sortie du contrat vers la recherche d'emploi, l'accès à la formation (mobilisation, qualification), en fonction du diagnostic posé et du plan d'action établi. **Prévention du " décrochage scolaire " :** \- Accompagner les jeunes potentiellement décrocheurs dans les objectifs négociés lors d'une phase de diagnostic préalable menée avec le collège et le lycée. **Accompagnement spécifique à la démarche permis de conduire.** (French)
