    C'est un outil d'entretien des espaces verts pour les collectivités locales du Charolais Brionnais. La brigade est constituée d'un chef d'équipe accompagnant et encadrant une équipe de salariés en insertion (Contrat Unique d'Insertion 26h) dans toutes ses actions de terrain. Le chef d'équipe est une personne qualifiée en travaux d'entretien d'espaces verts et dispose d'une capacité à l'encadrement d'une équipe. Il planifie les travaux avec la direction de l'Agence du Patrimoine, organise et conduit les chantiers sur les territoires des collectivités locales partenaires. Les salariés sont des bénéficiaires du RSA ou des chômeurs de longue durée, recrutés localement. Un temps de formation et de suivi socioprofessionnel (4 heures hebdomadaire) est mis en place pour que chacun puisse élaborer son projet professionnel, développer ses capacités d'apprentissage et accéder aux méthodologies, outils et autres supports utiles à des objectifs d'ordre social ou professionnel.
