The animation structure of the PLIE consists of staff dedicated to the overall animation of the device (described in the attached action sheets). In addition, in-house activities involve both services consisting of training for the use of referents and support measures for participants financed outside the ESF. It hosts a group of referents composed of 15 people dedicated to accompaniment of approximately 1,800 participants. Externally, the animation structure develops each year, with the help of its partners, a training and support programme for all its participants. It is through these two types of activities that the cross-cutting objectives of gender equality, equal opportunities and non-discrimination, and sustainable development on the human side are measured.
