**REPÉRAGE DES JEUNES** \- Il s'agit d'organiser un accompagnement personnalisé et renforcé vers et dans l'emploi durable, ou vers des formations qualifiantes, pour des jeunes NEET résidant sur le territoire de la MLGC. Ces jeunes peuvent être déjà suivis par la MLGC, ou inconnus de ses services. Afin de préserver une coordination territoriale, et développer une concertation locale, une commission réunissant les acteurs locaux de l'insertion sera créée. La commission sera constituée des Référents Accompagnement MLGC, des services de Pôle Emploi, des associations intermédiaires locales, des CCAS volontaires, ainsi que des services du CIO. Elle déterminera le potentiel de jeunes participants à l'action, en tenant compte des projets d'accompagnement renforcé de chaque service (Pole Emploi ou MLGC). \- Mise en place d'une information collective, pour présenter le dispositif aux jeunes candidats, et identification des jeunes prêts à s'engager dans l'action. \- Réalisation d'un entretien de validation de l'entrée dans le dispositif d'accompagnement, présentation des actions et démarches à mettre en (French)
