Der berufsbezogene Sprachförderungskurs mit Zielstellung A2 und allgemeiner Berufsorientierung für niedrig Qualifizierte wird alternativ mit zwei Entwicklungszielen der Sprachkompetenz angeboten: Variante 1 von „A1“ über "A2" auf „A2+Beruf“ Variante 2 von „A1“ auf "A2" (nach dem Gemeinsamen Europäischen Referenzrahmen GER) Innerhalb der Gruppe wird durch entsprechenden Methodeneinsatz, Binnendifferenzierung und Einzeltrainings eine individuelle Unterstützung gewährleistet. Die berufsbezogene Qualifizierung ist im ersten Schritt eine Allgemeine da die Teilnehmenden keine oder sehr geringe Schulbildung besitzen und eine theoretische oder praktische berufliche Bildung nicht vorhanden ist.
