Der berufsbezogene Sprachförderungskurs mit Zielstellung B1 und allgemeiner Berufsorientierung wird alternativ mit zwei Entwicklungszielen der Sprachkompetenz angeboten: Variante 1 von „A1“ über "A2" auf „A2+Beruf“ Variante 2 von „unter A2“ über „A2+Beruf“ auf "B1" (nach dem Gemeinsamen Europäischen Referenzrahmen GER) Innerhalb der Gruppe wird durch entsprechenden Methodeneinsatz, Binnendifferenzierung und Einzeltrainings eine individuelle Unterstützung gewährleistet. Die berufsbezogene Qualifizierung ist im ersten Schritt eine Allgemeine. Sollten die Teilnehmenden einer bzw. zwei Berufsgruppen zugeordet werden können, ist auch innerhalb der Qualifizierung eine Binnendifferenzierung vorgesehen. (German)
