Der Kurs ist konzipiert für 20 Teilnehmende mit Migrationshintergrund aus dem Kreis Minden-Lübbecke. Das Zielsprachniveau dieser Maßnahme ist A2. Die Gesamtdauer des Kurses umfasst 730 UE. Die Stunden setzen sich wie folgt zusammen: 294 UE Berufsbezogener Sprachunterricht inklusive Auswertung der Maßnahme am Ende sowie Lernertage (Rückholtage), an denen Erfahrungen über das Praktikum ausgetauscht werden, 300 UE Fachunterricht mit EDV, Berufskunde allgemein orientierend, eine Betriebsbesichtigungen und Bewerbungstraining, sowie ein vierwöchiges Praktikum von 136 UE. Parallel zum Unterricht erfolgt eine Unterstützung von einem Sozialpädagogen mit 450 Stunden (German)
