Der Kurs ist konzipiert für 20 Teilnehmende mit Migrationshintergrund aus dem Kreis Minden-Lübbecke. Die Gesamtdauer des Kurses umfasst 730 UE. Die Stunden setzen sich wie folgt zusammen: 466 UE Berufsbezogener Sprachunterricht inklusive Auswertung der Maßnahme am Ende sowie Lernertage (Rückholtage), an denen Erfahrungen über das Praktikum ausgetauscht werden, 120192 UE Fachunterricht mit Mathematik, EDV, Berufskunde im Bereich Allgemeine Berufsorientierung, Produktion, Industrie und Handwerk, zwei Betriebsbesichtigungen und Bewerbungstraining, sowie ein vierwöchiges Praktikum von 144 UE. Parallel zum Unterricht erfolgt eine Unterstützung von einer Sozialpädagogin mit einem Stundenumfang von 426. (German)
