The aim of the project is to improve the quality of the environment in the municipality by means of a comprehensive renovation of the public building. The project will consist of a comprehensive thermal renovation of the school building in the village of Nowa Wieś, which is located in the municipality of serniki. The project involves the thermal modernisation of the part of a building occupied by a school with which it is composed of: the insulation of the external walls of the building, the foundation walls, the roof and the roof of the gym and its facilities, the replacement of window and door frames and the upgrading of the central heating system by replacing the old coal boiler with a new biomass powered by a biomass of 48 kW, the execution of a new charge heater equipped with thermostatic radiator valves, the installation of a heat meter, the use of a system for measuring, monitoring and managing the use of energy, and the replacement of light sources on energy efficient LED. In the part occupied by the apartments (non-acid), it is planned to heat the walls, the roof, the replacement of the external doors and the installation of a dual-function boiler. This project is consistent with the ‘Low Carbon Economy Plan’, which aims to improve air quality to limit and target levels, by reducing emissions from heating systems through deep thermal renovation of public buildings. Result indicators: The amount of energy saved cieplnej:507,1GJ/rok; Additional energy generation capacity from odnawialnych:0,048MW; Reduction of annual primary energy consumption in public buildings (CI32): 138 300 kWh/year; Estimated annual decrease in greenhouse gas emissions (CI34): 50,7tCO2/rok; thermal energy production from newly built/new generation capacity of RES installations: 43.61 MWh/year; Amount of saved energy elektrycznej:6,61MWh/rok (English)

    Celem projektu jest poprawa jakości środowiska naturalnego w gminie poprzez kompleksową termomodernizację budynku użyteczności publicznej. W ramach projektu wykonane zostaną prace polegające na kompleksowej termomodernizacji budynku szkolnego w miejscowości Nowa Wieś, położonego na terenie gminy Serniki. Przedmiotowe przedsięwzięcie obejmuje zadania polegające termomodernizacji części budynku zajmowanego przez szkołę w zakres których wchodzi: ocieplenie ścian zewnętrznych budynku, ścian fundamentowych, stropodachu i dachu sali gimnastycznej oraz jej zaplecza, wymianę stolarki okiennej i drzwiowej, modernizację instalacji centralnego ogrzewania poprzez wymianę starego kotła węglowego na nowy zasilany biomasą o mocy 48kW, wykonanie nowej instalacji c.o. z wykorzystaniem istniejących grzejników płytowych, wyposażonej w zawory przygrzejnikowe z głowicami termostatycznymi, montaż ciepłomierza, zastosowanie systemu pomiaru, monitoringu i zarządzania wykorzystaniem energii oraz wymianę źródeł światła na energooszczędne typu LED. W części zajmowanej przez mieszkania (niekwal) planuje się docieplenie ścian, stropodachu, wymianę drzwi zewnętrznych oraz montaż kotła dwufunkcyjnego zasilanego propanem. Przedmiotowy projekt jest spójny zgodny z "Planem gospodarki niskoemisyjnej", którego celem jest poprawa jakości powietrza do poziomów dopuszczalnych i docelowych, mi.in. poprzez ograniczenie emisji z systemów grzewczych, dzięki przeprowadzonej głębokiej termomodernizacji budynków użyteczności publicznej.
