The project involves increasing the use of information and communication technologies in the municipalities of Woj. Lubelskie, whose Lira is the municipality of Nielysz and an increase in the availability and maturity of the services. The availability and functionality of e-services, the introduction of new ones and the increase of maturity for local residents and entrepreneurs will increase. It also foresees the purchase of equipment and software for offices in order to improve the work and security of data in a digital form. new e-services with degrees of maturity 3, 4 and 5, new electronic systems will be added, thus increasing the number of downloads/applications of public sector information applications and public e-services. Number of documents containing public sector information — 800, Number of online public services with maturity level 3 — bilateral interaction — 4, Number of online public services with maturity level 4 — transaction — 46 of which 5-5 Number of offices that have implemented the catalogue of recommendations for the digital advancement — 8. Server operating space — 307,69 Tb. The tasks foreseen for implementation include, inter alia, the development of a study and a proposal, the purchase of servers, computers, the development and implementation of new, services, staff training, project management, project promotion — no installation works. The project is not an infrastructure project. The effect of the changes is to widen and facilitate the access to and use of public information, to increase the number and quality of electronically supplied services as well as to make them more accessible to interested parties, as well as to speed up the implementation of investigations, and to save time for the personal appearance in the office and the financial savings for the citizen resulting from the handling of cases by electronic means. Projekt zakłada zwiększenie poziomu wykorzystania technologii informacyjno komunikacyjnych w gminach Woj. Lubelskiego, których Liderem jest Gmina Nielisz oraz zwiększenie dostępności i dojrzałości e - usług. Zwiększy się dostępność oraz funkcjonalność e-usług, wprowadzenie nowych oraz zwiększenie poziomu dojrzałości dla mieszkańców gmin a także przedsiębiorców. Przewidziano także zakup sprzętu i oprogramowania dla urzędów, co pozwoli usprawnić pracę oraz zapewni bezpieczeństwo danych w postaci cyfrowej.Powstaną nowe e-usługi o stopniach dojrzałości 3, 4 oraz 5, nowe systemy teleinformatyczne, a co za tym idzie zwiększy się liczba pobrań/uruchomień aplikacji opartych na wykorzystaniu informacji sektora publicznego i e-usług publicznych. Liczba pobrań/odtworzeń dokumentów zawierających informacje sektora publicznego - 800, Liczba usług publicznych udostępnionych on-line o stopniu dojrzałości 3 - dwustronna interakcja - 4, Liczba usług publicznych udostępnionych on-line o stopniu dojrzałości 4 - transakcja - 46 w tym na poziomie 5 - 5 szt. Liczba urzędów, które wdrożyły katalog rekomendacji dotyczących awansu cyfrowego - 8. Przestrzeń dyskowa serwerowni - 307,69 Tb. Zadania przewidziane do realizacji to m. innymi - opracowanie studium i wniosku, zakup serwerów, komputerów, opracowanie i wdrożenie nowych e - usług, szkolenia pracowników, zarządzanie projektem, promocja projektu - nie realizuje się robót instalacyjnych. Projekt nie jest projektem infrastrukturalnym. Efektem zmian ma być poszerzenie i ułatwienie dostępu do informacji publicznej i korzystania z niej, zwiększenie liczby i jakości usług świadczonych drogą elektroniczną, a także ich dostępności dla zainteresowanych podmiotów, jak również przyśpieszenie realizacji czynności w ramach prowadzonych postępowań, zaoszczędzenie czasu wcześniej poświęcanego na osobiste stawiennictwo w urzędzie oraz oszczędności finansowe dla obywatela, wynikające z załatwiania spraw drogą elektroniczną.
