The project involves the acquisition of the skills necessary to take up employment and the full independence of 21 (12M, 9K) of people with intellectual property and/or equipment with a coupled disability, from the territory of the district of Zierski, aged 18-34. A social worker and a special pedagogue will carry out an environmental interview in the homes of potential participants in the project (UP), in which the level of performance in different areas of life in terms of participation in the project will be determined. Persons with sufficient social skills and with an incentive to become independent and employed shall be considered eligible. During a period of 3 months, they live in house/training, the purpose of which is to prepare for the self-running of the household. During this period, a housing assistant will be provided with daily assistance to help shape the right habits and skills necessary for living independently: care of cleanliness, preparation of meals, shopping. In each group, a social worker will be able to take social adaptation on a daily basis: training: intra and interpersonal skills, financial skills, social skills, time management. The purpose of training is to acquire the competences necessary for the activation of the labour market. In parallel, the special occupational adviser/counsellor will determine the professional predisposition of the UP and will share them with the groups in order to go to 12 months’ professional experience. In the course of traineeships, the UP will be accompanied by the work of trainers who learn the correct performance of the tasks entrusted to them, over time with tasks requiring an increasing degree of autonomy. The traineeship will continue housing training and will have the task of maintaining the home. For each OP, a Individual Reintegration Plan will be created, which will be implemented in the course of the project. Min 3 ONU of the post project. (English) | |||

STOWARZYSZENIE WSPIERANIA DOBREJ PRAKTYKI PEDAGOGICZNEJ „PRODESSE”

Projekt zakłada nabycie umiejętności niezbędnych do podjęcia zatrudnienia oraz pełnego usamodzielnienia się przez 21 (12M, 9K)osób niepeł. intelektualnie lub z niepełnosprawnością sprzężoną, z terenu powiatu zgierskiego, w wieku 18-34 lat. Pracownik socjalny wraz pedagogiem specjalnym przeprowadzą w domach potencjalnych uczestników projektu (UP) wywiad środowiskowy w którym określony zostanie poziom ich funkcjonowania w różnych sferach życia pod kątem udziału w projekcie. Zostaną do niego zakwalifikowane osoby o wystarczających umiejętnościach społecznych i posiadające motywację do podjęcia próby usamodzielnienia i zatrudnienia. Przez okres 3 mies. zamieszkają oni w domach/mieszkaniach treningowych, których celem jest przygotowanie się do samodzielnego prowadzenia gospodarstwa domowego. W tym czasie będą mieli zapewnioną opiekę asystenta mieszkaniowego, którego zadaniem będzie codzienna pomoc w kształtowaniu prawidłowych nawyków i umiejętności niezbędnych w samodzielnym życiu: dbania o czystość, przygotowywania posiłków, dokonywania zakupów. W każdej z grup codziennie zostaną przeprowadzone przez pracownika socjalnego zajęcia adaptacji społecznej: treningi: umiejętności intra i interpersonalnych, finansowy, umiejętności społecznych, gospodarowania czasem. Celem treningu jest nabycie kompetencji niezbędnych w trakcie realizacji aktywizacji zawodowej. Równolegle pedagog specjalny/doradca zawodowy określi predyspozycje zawodowe UP oraz podzieli na grupy w celu skierowania ich na 12 miesięczne staże zawodowe. W trakcie staży UP będą pod opieką trenerów pracy, którzy nauczą UP prawidłowego wykonywania powierzonych zadań, z czasem powierzając zadania wymagające coraz większej samodzielności aż do pełnienia wyłącznie zadań kontrolnych. UP w trakcie staży będą kontynuować trening mieszkaniowy, a ich zadaniem będzie samodzielne utrzymanie domu. Dla każdego UP powstanie Indywidualny Plan Reintegracji, realizowany w trakcie projektu. Min 3 ONU dostanie po projekcie pracę. (Polish)
