The project aims at the reintegration into employment and social exclusion of 60 persons (32K and 28M) at risk of social exclusion in the area of Łódzkie. The project, in particular, involves the long-term unemployed, without professional qualifications, at risk of different forms of addiction. In support of the following tasks, the following tasks will be carried out: 1) Professional career, 2) psychological counselling, 3) interpersonal skills and job search techniques, 4) Support Group (Prevention of addiction), 5) Computer courses, 6) Professional courses, 7) Professional training after completed training. As a result of the project, 60 people are involved in the project, including 32 women, 14 of whom will be employed. A minimum of 54 people, including 28 women, will acquire or update professional qualifications. (English) | |||

OŚRODEK AKTYWIZACJI ZAWODOWEJ I SZKOLEŃ SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ

Celem projektu jest reintegracja zawodowa oraz społeczna 60 osób (32K i 28M) zagrożonych wykluczeniem społecznym zamieszkujących obszar woj. łódzkiego. Projekt w szczególności swymi działaniami obejmuje osoby długotrwale bezrobotne, bez kwalifikacji zawodowych, zagrożone różnego rodzaju nałogami. Głównym działaniem w ramach projektu jest świadczenie zindywidualizowanych usług aktywnej integracji społecznej i zawodowej, na podstawie wcześniej przeprowadzonego Indywidualnego Planu Działania. W ramach wsparcia realizowane będą następujące zadania: 1) Poradnictwo zawodowe, 2) Poradnictwo psychologiczne, 3) Warsztaty umiejętności interpersonalnych i z zakresu technik poszukiwania pracy, 4) Grupy wsparcia (profilaktyka uzależnień), 5) Kurs komputerowy, 6) Kursy zawodowe, 7) Staże zawodowe po ukończonych szkoleniach. W efekcie realizacji projektu zostanie zaktywizowanych 60 osób w tym 32 kobiety, 14 osób w tym 8 kobiet podejmie zatrudnienie. Minimum 54 osoby, w tym 28 kobiet nabędzie lub zaktualizuje kwalifikacje zawodowe. (Polish)
