Aniflex Sp.j. is a major supplier of self-adhesive labels for the logistics industry, cleaning products, cosmetics, food supplements, etc. A company’s development strategy is to offer products to new industries and to offer increasingly sophisticated products in those sectors where the beneficiary has already built a customer base, which has the effect of strengthening the relationship with customers and increasing the degree of specialisation of the establishment. A market survey was conducted in 2016 to identify the needs of the beneficiary’s customers, identify new products and target markets. The results of the tests were collected in two documents: “Analysis of the needs of Aniflex’s customers” and “Potential trends in the evolution of Anidlex’s product offer, adapted to the needs of the construction sector”. They show that customers will be willing to enter a product that is a combination of a marketing label that is accompanied by a ‘state sensor’, which includes, for example, moisture, temperature, etc. In addition, respondents indicated a number of characteristics which should be characterised by a label in order to meet the needs of the target market, as detailed in the following section of the proposal. With its initial vision, the company joined the studies which resulted in the development of an appropriate sensor. The aim of the project will be to implement the results of the production tests. In order to make this possible, tangible assets, intangible assets and construction works will have to be acquired. In addition, it will be necessary to recruit additional staff who seek new technology and take care of too many new products. As a result of the project, the following indicators will be achieved (inter alia): — Employment growth — 6 posts — Number of outputs of R & D implemented — 1 item — Number of machines and equipment purchased — 3 item — Number of items purchased — 1 item (English) | |||

Aniflex Sp.j. jest liczącym się dostawcą etykiet samoprzylepnych dla branży logistycznej, środków czystości, kosmetyków, suplementów diety etc. Strategią rozwoju firmy jest oferowanie produktów coraz to nowym branżom oraz oferowanie coraz bardziej zaawansowanych produktów w tych branżach, w których beneficjent ma już zbudowaną bazę klientów, co skutkuje wzmocnieniem relacji z klientami i zwiększeniem stopnia specjalizacji zakładu. W 2016 roku przeprowadzono badania rynku mające na celu rozpoznanie potrzeb klientów beneficjenta, wskazaniu nowych produktów i rynków docelowych. Wyniki badań zebrano w dwóch dokumentach: „Analiza potrzeb klientów spółki Aniflex” oraz „Potencjalne kierunki rozwoju oferty produktowej Aniflex, dostosowane do potrzeb branży budowlanej”. Wynika z nich, że klienci chętnie nabędą produkt będący połączeniem etykiety marketingowej z czujnikiem stanu, badającego np. zawilgocenie, temperaturę itd. Dodatkowo ankietowani wskazali szereg cech jakimi powinna się charakteryzować etykieta, by zaspokoić potrzeby rynku docelowego – omówiono je szczegółowo w dalszej części wniosku. Posiadając wstępną wizję produktu spółka przystąpiła do badań, których wynikiem było opracowanie odpowiedniego czujnika. Celem projektu będzie wdrożenie wyników badań do produkcji. By było to możliwe konieczne będzie nabycie rzeczowych środków trwałych, wartości niematerialnych i prawnych oraz prac budowlanych. Dodatkowo niezbędne będzie zatrudnienie dodatkowych pracowników, którzy obsłużą nowa technologię i zadbają o zbyt nowych produktów. W wyniku realizacji projektu zostaną osiągnięte (m.in.) następujące wskaźniki: - Wzrost zatrudnienia – 6 etatów - Liczba wdrożonych wyników prac B+R – 1 sztuka - Liczba zakupionych maszyn i urządzeń – 3 sztuka - Liczba zakupionych WNiP – 1 sztuka (Polish)
