The project consists of a comprehensive thermal renovation of the building which, after thermal modernisation and after completion of the remaining construction works, will be intended for storage purposes in the commercial business of the Applicant. The main objective of the project is to increase the energy efficiency of the company through a thorough thermo-modernisation of the building which will carry out the following activities: — Modernisation of the secondary installation of steel equipment — Modification of the roof covering of steel sheets on a layer plate laminated with polyurethane foam core. — The exchange of sheet metal panels from sheets to the core of polyurethane foam. — The exchange of outer wall panels from sheet metal to the mineral core. The exchange of surfaces that have been glazed into new surfaces together with a reduction in the surface area. — Construction of a mechanical ventilation system with a heat recovery system. Modernisation of the installation of the lighting. Replacement of external gateways for new surfaces together with reduction of the surface area. — the insulation of the floor on the ground with the contact layer of the concrete. AS A RESULT OF THE PROJECT, THE FOLLOWING INDICATORS WILL BE ACHIEVED: AT PRODUCT LEVEL: Number of enterprises receiving support (CI1) -1; — Number of enterprises that have improved energy efficiency 1; — Number of energy-efficient buildings — 1; Usable area of buildings undergoing thermal modernisation — 1 090.26 m². AT RESULT LEVEL: Amount of thermal energy saved — 5 224,25GJ/year; Amount of electricity saved — 5,92 Mwh/year; Estimated annual decrease in greenhouse gas emissions (CI34) 365,62/rok; — Reduction of final energy consumption due to project implementation — 5 245,57 GJ/year (English) | |||

PRZEDMIOTEM PROJEKTU jest kompleksowa termomodernizacja budynku, który po termomodernizacji oraz po przeprowadzeniu pozostałych prac budowlanych będzie przeznaczony na potrzeby magazynowo- usługowo - handlowe związane z prowadzoną działalnością Wnioskodawcy. Głównym celem projektu jest zwiększenie efektywności energetycznej przedsiębiorstwa poprzez gruntowną termomodernizację budynku, w ramach której zostaną przeprowadzone następujące działania: - Modernizacja instalacji c.o. - Zmiana pokrycia dachu z blach stalowych na płyty warstwowe z rdzeniem z pianki poliuretanowej. - Wymiana poszycia ścian zewnętrznych z blachy na płyty warstwowe z rdzeniem z pianki poliuretanowej. - Wymiana poszycia ścian zewnętrznych z blachy na płyty warstwowe z rdzeniem z wełny mineralnej. - Wymiana powierzchni przeszklonych na nowe wraz ze zmniejszeniem powierzchni. - Budowa instalacji wentylacji mechanicznej z systemem odzysku ciepła. - Modernizacja instalacji oświetlenia wbudowanego. - Wymiana bram zewnętrznych na nowe wraz ze zmniejszeniem powierzchni. - Ocieplenie podłogi na gruncie warstwą styropianu wraz z wykonaniem wylewki betonowej.
