P Aktywna integracja - II edycja będzie realizowany na terenie powiatu strzelecko-drezdeneckiego w okresie od 1.09.2019 r. do 31.12.2020 r.. Celem głównym projektu jest zwiększenie aktywności społecznej i/lub zawodowej Wsparciem zostanie objętych 82 os., w tym 25 os. z niepełnosprawnościami. Beneficjent zobowiązuje się do osiągnięcia następujących poziomów efektywności społecznej i efektywności zatrudnieniowej: - w odniesieniu do osób lub środowisk zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznym, nie będących osobami z niepełnosprawnościami, minimalny poziom efektywności społecznej wynosi 34%, minimalny poziom efektywności zatrudnieniowej 25%; - w odniesieniu do osób z niepełnosprawnościami minimalny poziom efektywności społecznej wynosi 34%, minimalny poziom efektywności zatrudnieniowej - 12%. Zostaną zatem osiągnięte następujące efekty projektu: liczba osób poszukujących pracy - 20; liczba osób, które uzyskały kwalifikacje po opuszczeniu programu: 18 osób; liczba osób pracujących po opuszczeniu programu: 4 osoby.
