The aim of the project is to set up the Fund Gospodarstwa Krajowego to implement the financial instruments in Measure 6.3 Support for self-employment, Sub-action 6.3.2 Support for self-employment through financial repayable instruments. The Executive Board of the Lubuskie Region will contribute to the Fund with a financial contribution of PLN 5 699 350,28 from the programme and will grant funding for the implementation of the project in order to provide support in the form of financial instruments created by financial intermediaries, which will then be supported by final recipients. The project will have an impact covering the whole of the region of Lubuskie. A distributed distribution network, based on effective cooperation with the financial intermediary/financial intermediaries, will make it possible to reach all interests. As a result of the project, people planning to start a business in Lubuskie Province will be supported. The support will take the form of concessional loans on preferential terms. The final recipients of the project will fall within the target group of persons aged 30 years and over, including those from outside disadvantaged groups in the labour market. Unemployed and inactive people belonging to disadvantaged groups are: women, people after 50, persons with disabilities, the long-term unemployed, the low-skilled. (English) | |||

Celem projektu jest utworzenie przez Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego Funduszu Funduszy w celu wdrażania instrumentów finansowych w Działaniu 6.3 Wsparcie dla samozatrudnienia, Poddziałanie 6.3.2 Wsparcie dla samozatrudnienia poprzez finansowe instrumenty zwrotne. Zarząd Województwa Lubuskiego wniesie do Funduszu Funduszy wkład finansowy z programu w wysokości 5 699 350,28 zł i tym samym udzieli dofinansowania na realizację projektu w celu zapewnienia wsparcia w formie instrumentów finansowych utworzonych przez pośredników finansowych, z których następnie udzielane będzie wsparcie ostatecznym odbiorcom. Projekt będzie miał zasięg oddziaływania obejmujący teren całego województwa lubuskiegoo. Utworzona sieć dystrybucji, bazująca na efektywnej współpracy z pośrednikiem finansowym/pośrednikami finansowymi, umożliwi dotarcie do wszystkich zainteresownych. W wyniku realizacji projektu wsparte zostaną osoby planujące rozpoczęcie działalności gospodarczej na terenie województwa lubuskiego. Wsparcie będzie miało postać mikropożyczek, udzielanych na preferencyjnych warunkach. Ostateczni odbiorcy projektu wpisywać się będą do grupy docelowej obejmującej osoby w wieku 30 lat i więcej pozostające bez zatrudnienia, w tym osoby spoza grup będących w szczególnie niekorzystnej sytuacji na rynku pracy. Osobami bezrobotnymi i biernymi zawodowo należącymi do grup będących w szczególnie niekorzystnej sytuacji są: kobiety, osoby po 50 roku życia, osoby z niepełnosprawnościami, długotrwale bezrobotne, osoby o niskich kwalifikacjach.
