The target group is that of economically inactive persons who are economically inactive only persons who are in a particular situation in the labour market, i.e.: persons aged 50 and over, women, the ON, of low acid accommodation., for the long-term unemployed. the project is addressed to the target groups in the region of Lubuskie (natural persons living in the region of the Lubuskie region within the meaning of the Civil Code). Celem gł. projektu jest podniesienie kompetencji lub kwalifikacji zawodowych przez 40 os.(22K,18M - w tym 5 ON oraz 5 os. powyżej 50 r.ż)biernych zawodowo w wieku 30 lat i więcej z terenu woj. lubuskiego pozostających w szczególnie trudnej sytuacji na rynku pracy. Cel projektu osiągnięty zostanie poprzez realizację szkoleń, doradztwa zawodowego, staży oraz pośrednictwa pracy. Grupa docelowa to osoby bierne zawodowo o niskich kwalifikacjach.Wsparciem objęte zostaną wyłącznie osoby znajdujące się w szczególnej sytuacji na rynku pracy, tj.:os. w wieku 50 lat i więcej,kobiety,ON,os.o niskich kwal.,os.długotrwale bezrobotne.Projekt jest skierowany do grup docelowych z obszaru województwa lubuskiego (osób fizycznych zamieszkujących obszar województwa lubuskiego w rozumieniu przepisów Kodeksu Cywilnego).
